Ray Noell, LLMSW

Ray Noell (she/her/hers) is a dedicated Limited Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Her expertise lies in working with children, preteens and teenagers, guiding them through challenges related to self-esteem, insecurity, and anxiety. Ray holds a Bachelors in Psychology with minors in Sociology and Gender Studies. Ray graduated from the University of Michigan School of Social Work with an MSW degree under the Welfare of Children and Families pathway.

With a warm and supportive approach, Ray creates an inviting and secure environment, empowering her clients to explore their thoughts and emotions while nurturing the development of a positive self-concept. Emphasizing mindfulness, collaboration, and care, Ray strives to provide children and adolescents with a therapeutic space to delve into their mental health.

She believes in tailoring therapy interventions to meet the unique needs of each client by embracing an eclectic approach, drawing from various modalities to create a personalized treatment plan. Her interventions are based on a thorough assessment of the individual’s circumstances, strengths, and aspirations.

Ms. Noell is directly supervised by Dr. Carolyn Dayton.
