We are currently looking for 3-4 team members to add to our Plymouth/Northville locations. We are looking for both early career clinicians, as well as more experienced clinicians that may be interested in supervision as well as higher level administrative work within the practice. The ideal candidates for our Plymouth/Northville locations will of course possess strong and varied clinical skills in working with children, adolescents, and/or adults dealing with a wide variety of life challenges, be comfortable using evidence-based treatments, and be able to conceptualize cases from multiple perspectives (attachment/relational, dynamic, interpersonal, behavioral, cultural, etc). We are in particular need of clinicians that have a passion for child and adolescent work.
In addition to psychotherapy, we have a significant need for clinicians interested in providing psychological and neuropsychological assessment.
The clinical staff at our Plymouth/Northville locations have developed an excellent reputation for providing comprehensive and high-quality care to our clients. Our community includes a comfortable and tastefully appointed physical environment, caring staff, positive energy, and a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination. We all love the work we do and are eager to collaborate and grow with new team members.
In addition, we have developed an extensive and varied referral network of psychotherapists, physicians, speech and language therapists, tutors, ADHD/Performance coaches, and physical and occupational therapists that we consult with (and can refer you to) as needed.

For our Ann Arbor location, we are recruiting fully licensed psychologists and fully-licensed clinical social workers to fill 3 positions:
- A therapist skilled in working with young children (preschoolers and toddlers) and their parents- in parent-child sessions, individual play therapy sessions, and/or parent coaching/consultation sessions to grow our infant mental health/early childhood program.
- A child therapist who specializes in working with neuro-diverse kids ages 7-12 who uses evidence based treatments to improve social skills, executive functioning, and challenging behaviors
- A psychologist who can assess and evaluate children ages 6 and under- for developmental delays, ASD, & attachment/relational-concerns.
All candidates should have excellent diagnostic and therapeutic skills, be comfortable using evidence-based treatments, and be able to conceptualize cases from multiple perspectives (attachment/relational, behavioral, family-systems, cultural, etc).
At this time, we are looking to grow our leadership team and especially welcome mid-career and seasoned therapists who would be interested in supervising early-career therapists. Arbor Psychology Group values diversity and is seeking to increase diversity within our staff. We particularly encourage candidates who identify as people of color, part of the LGBTQ+ community, and members of ethnic minorities to apply.
Our Ann Arbor location is well-respected throughout the community for providing high quality services across the lifespan- from pregnancy/infant mental health through adulthood. Our therapists frequently share cases- working with multiple family members- with the opportunity for rich connections and collaborations. This group therapy environment offers therapists opportunities for ongoing professional development- with frequent guest speakers, team case consultation meetings, and individual consultation sessions with the director (if desired).
We have a steady referral stream so new therapists can build full caseloads quickly and comfortably. Staff at Arbor Psychology Group frequently comment that they feel well-supported. We are a close-knit team of professionals who respect one another, truly enjoy working together, and look forward to welcoming the right fit to join our group.
