Bridgette Alam, MS, LLPC

I work with clients across the lifespan navigating life changes, stress, emotional regulation/awareness, relationship issues, and identity development. I also support people exploring biculturalism and personal autonomy as they move through complex transitions.

I hold master’s degrees in Exercise Science (Oakland University) and Clinical Mental Health Counseling (University of Phoenix), along with certifications in Complementary and Alternative Medicine (Oakland University) and Trauma Informed Practice (Michigan State).

My approach is existential and whole person, integrating body and mind. I blend solution focused interventions with an embodied, body mind heart lens to help people rebuild trust in themselves and their lives. My style is direct, compassionate, and emotionally grounded, with a mystical, curious streak.

Together we build safety in the body, identify clear next steps for daily life, explore deeper meanings that support lasting change, and shape new stories that make resilience feel possible.
