I enjoy helping people of all ages, 4 years of age and older, who hope to improve their lives. My approaches to therapy are cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, person centered, play therapy, and strength-based therapy. My clinical interests are anxiety, depression, stress, shame, increasing self-esteem, grief, coping with life changes, self-awareness, and relationships issues.
I have over 15 years of experience in the social work field in inpatient and outpatient settings. My experience focused on mental health and guiding individuals to improve their lives. I truly love watching people grow and improve their quality of life.
I obtained my Bachelor of Social Work degree at Oakland University and a Master of Social Work degree at Arkansas State University. My educational background specializes in mental health and enhancing human wellbeing.
