Amanda Andreski Wright, MA, LPC
Amanda received her Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology and Women’s Studies from George Washington University, and completed her dual Master’s Degree in School Counseling and Community Mental Health from Oakland University. She specializes in teens, adolescents, and young adults navigating the intricate, complex, and ever-changing socio-political landscape.
Amanda’s therapeutic journey began in the behavioral health field while working with children and families in the autism community. Her desire for social-emotional education and mental health equity continued to grow while working as a school counselor during the COVID-19 pandemic. In her time in private practice, Amanda feels immensely fortunate to walk beside her clients and their families, through their hardest and proudest days, and the many seasons in between.
Providing a safe place for all humans, she is honored to provide identity-affirming, solution-focused, and creative/artful approaches to address overlapping mental health concerns and the fight for social justice.
