She has facilitated and co-facilitated groups for young women and youth ages six and older and has also worked closely with individuals living with traumatic brain injuries, providing hands-on support related to career development.
Nia believes in meeting clients where they are in their journey and working collaboratively to identify goals and create meaningful, positive change. She is committed to creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard and understood. Nia works with children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral concerns, and disrupted connection. Her therapeutic approach integrates person-centered, solution-focused, and narrative therapies, with an emphasis on authenticity, support, and walking alongside clients in a shared journey toward healing.
