Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of what comes next? I work with children, adolescents and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma and major life transitions. My approach is compassionate, collaborative and grounded in practical tools that support emoitional regulation, resilience and meaningful growth.
I integrate EMDR, strengths-based therapy, DBT and mindfulness-informed approaches to support healing and self-understanding. With young children, I often use play-based and expressive techniques to help them communicate emotions in ways that feel natural, safe and developmentally appropriate. With adolescents and adults, my work focuses on building insight, emotional awareness, self-compassion and coping skills that can be applied beyond the therapy space.
