Deb Kusluski, LMSW, MSSA
Deb Kusluski is a fully licensed clinical social worker in the state of Michigan. She received her Master’s in Social Work from Case Western Reserve University and her Bachelor’s in Psychology from Oakland University. Deb has several years of experience working with adults to help them overcome obstacles and improve their well-being. Her experience includes inpatient psychiatric care, emergency department psychiatric counseling, case management and teaching social work and psychology courses.
Deb uses a collaborative and supportive approach in her clinical practice. She creates a safe, comfortable and nonjudgmental space to empower clients. She helps them review their thoughts, feelings and behaviors, and brings client’s strengths into focus. She works with clients to determine their desired path for their lives and helps them develop attainable steps to reach their goals.
Deb uses Cognitive Behavioral, Solution-Focused and Strengths-Based therapies. Her areas of specialty include anxiety, depression, phobias, stress, relationship issues, grief and loss, financial issues and major life decisions.
