Becky is an experiential therapist and uses a variety of experiential and expressive therapies as the main tools in her therapeutic work. These include art, mindfulness, nature-based work and adventure-based challenges. She believes that people of all ages are able to express, communicate and process emotions and experiences through hands-on experiences and she brings this belief into her work. Interventions are tailored to each client and incorporate a variety of theoretical frameworks, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, exposure therapy and skills-based work. Becky has trained with Mindful Schools and Yoga 4 Classrooms and has experience with adventure-based therapies.

Becky strives to build a positive, supportive, and trusting relationship with each of her clients. She believes therapy should be a collaborative process and welcomes the opportunity to work with you. She is currently offering outdoor-based sessions for children and adolescents, as well as virtual and in-office (for vaccinated clients).
