Brooklynn Wilton, LLMSW
Brooklynn is passionate about working with children and adolescents navigating ADHD, autism, pathological demand avoidance (also known as persistent demand for autonomy or PDA), anxiety, depression, executive functioning challenges, trauma, emotional regulation and coping, life transitions, school and behavioral difficulties, chronic illness, and identity exploration.
Brooklynn’s therapeutic approach integrates multiple evidence-based modalities, including Play Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), trauma-focused care, mindfulness, somatic techniques, and parent behavior management therapy. She provides care that is neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and grounded in a person-centered framework. She is particularly passionate about meeting people where they are and helping them understand their brains through a strengths-based lens.
Brooklynn approaches therapy from a systems-based perspective, emphasizing collaboration with schools, healthcare providers, and family members to ensure coordinated and holistic care. At the foundation of Brooklynn’s work is a commitment to building authentic and trusting relationships with every client. She strives to provide a safe, compassionate space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to heal and grow.
