Parenting Skills for Elementary-Age Children with ADHD

- Relationship-building tools
- Positive behavior management strategies
- Stress management & Time management skills
- Assertiveness and follow through how to’s
- School rights & advocacy information
Parents benefit from sharing with one another and gaining support from other parents who get it!

2 Options for Participating:
Weekly virtual groups
- 11-13 sessions / 75-90 minutes each
- $50 per session private pay or BCBS PPO insurance
- Groups are offered 2 times per year, beginning in September & March
- Enrollment happens throughout the year- if interested- sign up NOW!
Bootcamp-Workshop (Virtual)
3 half-day sessions: Learn all the skills/strategies from the longer series in a fast-paced, condensed amount of time.
Each half-day workshop is designed to give parents foundational skills that build on one another- followed by a few weeks of practice in between.
By the end of the series- parents will have an entire toolkit to help kids to follow directions & cooperate & to have a more peaceful/joyful home environment.
Dates/Times:
- Sunday, September 21st – 9:30 am-12:00 pm
- Sunday, October 19th – 9:30 am-12:00 pm
- Sunday, November 16th – 9:30 am-12:00 pm
Cost:
Each 2.5 hour workshop: $250. Total series- $750. Private pay only.
